Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
(Aka The Language of Compassion, Founded by Marshall B Rosenberg)

If you resonate with any of these questions, you might appreciate what NVC offers:
Would you enjoy more intimate connections with others?
Would you like to live in a world where everyone's needs matter equally?
Would you appreciate having less judgment, more options, and/or more peace of mind?
Do you yearn for greater self-expression?
Do you desire greater harmony and ease in your interactions with friends and family members?
Would you like to be part of a supportive community whose members share your values?

Nonviolent Communication is a process that builds on Gandhi's
principles of nonviolence to create dialogues that move us beyond enemy images
into connection and peace, regardless of whether the conflict is internal, interpersonal, or societal.
